Clearly i have trouble doing something as simple as keeping a daily blog. Good thing i don't have much of a fan base (and that's even overstating it). But if you do actually take the time to read this, i commend you. you are a truly dedicated soul.
well since i haven't updated you on my life here's the short "back-of-a-movie" overview: went to a Christmas party with the fam which was pretty uneventful minus one of the guests got super drunk on wine and was vomming in the bathroom for a good portion of the evening (this was around 7pm mind you). stayed the night at my friends house, where we watched The Real Housewives of Atlanta.... probably the most ghetto thing i have seen in a while. the next day and a half were spent doing the rest (aka all) of my Christmas shopping. basically done now, which is nice.
OHHHH some absolutely FANTASTIC news (i mean for me, it really has nothing to do with you): i got a 4.0 this semester. and yes, i was taking organic chemistry...the hardest effing* class EVER (*keeping it PG for the young ones). you can now be super jealous that you are in the presence of a genius....sorry you can't tell it from my superb writing skills....i'm a science major, not an english major. can't do it all.
my thoughts for the day:
you know what question i really just cannot stand: "what do you want to do when you graduate?" (also asked as: "what do you want to do with your life?") because if i were to answer that question honestly, i would say "what do i WANT to do? i want to do absolutely nothing, make a ton of money, and travel around the world." but of course the person asking the question would just look at you like you were crazy. you're supposed to give the answer that people expect. the answer that is realistic. but i think if people expect the realistic answer of "oh I want to be a lawyer or go to med school or be a real estate agent" then they need to rephrase the way they ask the question. it should be: "what are you aiming to do with your life once you complete the necessary schooling and weigh all the options that will be available to you at that time?" because if you straight up ask me what i WANT to do....it's sure as hell not be in school for a quarter of my life. or have to any kind of hard work to make money. yes i know, i'm lazy and completely unrealistic. but someone's got to do it.
